I came to Kevin when I was in the worst shape of my life. I needed some real discipline in life to get myself on track and stop wishing for changes that were never going to happen on their own. Thankfully, I found Hejnasty coaching and Kevin is a font of knowledge when it comes to fitness and nutrition. I've lost all the extra pounds I had while working with him and I've never felt more motivated than I am now. Working with somebody as inspirational, energetic, and knowledgeable as Kevin has really helped me to achieve my fitness goals. I can safely say that none of these changes would have happened without him. He is patient, understanding, and good at keeping goals manageable. Fitness is a journey and I'm more than happy that I chose Kevin to help me with mine.

Working with Kevin has helped me to better understand how to fuel my body for strength sports. Before learning how how to track macros, I would eat super clean and wasn't eating foods that I enjoyed. Kevin taught me how to balance what I eat. I eat a ton of meat, veggies, and fruit everyday but I also can easily fit in Chick Fil A, donuts, Portuguese egg tarts, and a decent amount peanut butter when I want to. Food is no longer my enemy. I can eat whatever I want, whenever I want (granted that it fits my macros). racking macros allowed me to have a better relationship with food and my body. I was able to drop from 84kg #SHWGirls to 72kg and have been easily maintaining this weight for the past year. Today, I get to eat the foods I like without being scared of them. Kevin says #eatcakegetshredded, but I say #eatchickfilagetshredded.

I'm so glad that I saw Kevin online posting pictures of his journey and his clients. I was always really curious especially because Kevin was still eating foods that he enjoyed which was very intriguing to me since I had cut out most foods I really loved. I had this misunderstanding before reaching out to Kevin that some foods were "bad" and "not good for me" therefore me not eating the foods I thoroughly enjoyed. I have tried every crash diet you can think of; I've counted the points, drank the shakes, cleansed, done excessive cardio, stopped eating carbs to lose weight, nothing was working for me. I reached out to Kevin and he set me up on his flexible dieting routine and a workout regime consisting of lifting weights and I fell in love. This way of life has seriously changed my outlook on not only food but life. I'm so thankful that I reached out to Kevin and took this step. I don't see myself ever stopping counting macros and living this lifestyle. I not only found peace in my body/mind but also with food which had always been a difficult problem for me. Kevin is a great coach and he is highly motivating and supportive. I wouldn't have made it as far as I have without him and I'm so thankful for him and this program. I've never felt more strong and utterly proud of myself for working so hard.
I've been working with Kevin since June 2016 so it's been almost a year. In
that past year, he has helped me dropped nearly 30 lbs during my cut and then
we reversed back up my calories after. It's been great! Working with Kevin
has really taught me a lot about how to successfully use macros to reach
our fitness goals and he really knows his stuff! I recommend Kevin to anyone
who wants to lose weight, gain weight, reverse diet because he will definitely

I was a college 2 sport athlete that was gleefully eating 2500-3000 calories during season and did not pay attention to the amount of food I was consuming because I did not really have to. When I graduated college, I was very concerned about gaining weight since I was going from practice/games everyday to working in an office setting sitting at a desk for the majority of the day. To try to prevent gaining weight, I fell into the biggest misconception out there that you have to maintain an extremely low calorie intake to lose weight and stay thin. I was eating around 1100 calories give or take and lost the muscle mass I put on from lifting in college. I could not sustain that calorie intake so I put on a bunch of weight when I tried to return to my normal eating habits. This is when Hejnasty coaching stepped in :) The program helped me understand that i my body was operating at a certain metabolic rate which could adapt and that simply being aware of how much and what food I put into my body could make a huge difference. Kevin was more than willing to explain why he had me doing what I was doing and answer any questions I had. Having a coach also kept me accountable. I got check in emails or texts when I was starting to get off track but also got an awesome support system for when I had a slip up day. He has been through the ringer with cheat days and binge days and encouraged me that as long as I got back into the routine, no harm done and it's all good. I also got to eat whatever foods I wanted which was awesome! As long as it fit my macros, I could go to town on ice cream, donuts or pizza. I did not feel like I was on a "diet", I was just keeping track of my calories like people keep track of a bank account. I had amazing results while on the program and lost around 35lbs. More important than the weight loss, I gained knowledge and experience that I have carried into my life after being in the program. Plus the kid's a sweetheart :)!
I started with Kevin December 2015, I lost 35 pounds on his program. A macro nutrient diet gave me the flexibility I needed to achieve my goals. Kevin is such an understanding and motivational type of person, he really was able to work around the activities that I enjoyed doing. I would highly recommend this program to anyone looking to lose weight, gain weight, or even just learning nutrition. Not only was I able to learn how to maintain a healthy body but most importantly I was able to obtain the knowledge of a healthy lifestyle!

Kevin's coaching truly changed my life. I was unhappy with so many things in my that was all caused from how much weight I had gained. I needed a lifestyle change, not a diet, and that's what Kevin was able to give me. I've failed on plenty of "diets" before. But this time it was different. With counting your macros you have the flexibility to eat pretty much whatever you want as long as it will for into your macros for the day! Kevin's program taught me so much about my body. The longer you count your macros you start to notice how different foods affect you, what will make you feel lean, what will make you feel bloated etc. I've lost over 40 pounds and continued to put on muscle. I completed in my first powerlifting competition back in February. Since starting Kevin's program my life has completely turned around! I'm happier than I've ever been! Thank you so much Kevin you really changed my life! The advice I would give any one is that if you want to make a change in your life be 100% committed to wanting that change.
